Too sweep
As Mike wrote earlier today, what a way to wrap up a series. It was incredible to see a postseason atmosphere in May, despite a less-than-capacity crowd due to the weather.
Everybody pitched well this series, and Cubs hitters, despite leaving a lot of runners on base, grinded out wins against some tough Los Angeles pitchers. All-around, a well-earned sweep against a potential October opponent.
Bring on the Rockies
Colorado throws left-hander Jeff Francis (1-5, 6.18 ERA), who has stumbled through the first two months like the Rockies team as a whole:
