HOMERS – Jake Fox (7), Kyle Reynolds (6)

? Starter Atkins turned in his 11th quality start of the year and picked up his team-leading ninth win, tossing 7.1 shutout innings, allowing just five hits and a walk while fanning three … he also had a good day at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a run scored.
? LF Jake Fox‘s lone hit proved to be the decisive one, a two-run, sixth-inning blast that put the Smokies in front for good … Fox finished 1-for-5 with the dinger, a run scored and two RBI.
? CF Tyler Colvin tied a season-high with four hits, finishing 4-for-5 with a double and two runs scored.

Daytona broke a 4-4 tie with three runs in the top of the ninth to take the series finale from Brevard County, 7-4.

Boise scored three in the bottom of the ninth, but their comeback fell short as they dropped a 10-7 decision to Vancouver.

? C Carlos Perez turned in his fourth straight multi-hit game, going 3-for-5 with two doubles … he is 9-for-16 (.563) with three doubles, a run scored and two RBI over that stretch.
? 1B Rebel Ridling went 2-for-4 with a homer, two runs scored and an RBI … he leads the Northwest League with eight doubles, is tied for second with four homers, and his .377 average is good for fourth place.
