Back home

Sure good to see the guys home again, isn’t it? A four-game set starts today against the Marlins, and there are another 19 home games in the month of August.

Tonight’s lineup:

Soriano, LF
Theriot, SS
Lee, 1B
Ramirez, 3B
Johnson, CF
DeRosa, RF
Blanco, C
Cedeno, 2B
Zambrano, RHP

Left-hander Scott Olsen (6-4, 3.84 ERA) takes the hill for Florida.

Two million and counting

Congratulations, Cubs fans, on breaking the two-million mark the fastest in Wrigley Field history. Entering today’s game, the 50th home contest of the year, attendance is at 1,989,035.
